Terms Of Service

You must be 19 years of age or older to order/purchase wine from Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery, with government documentation showing you are of legal drinking age.

For wine deliveries to your home or office, someone of legal age must be available to receive the package and sign for it.

Return Policy

Unwanted Items

• Unopened bottles in saleable condition (ie the label and closure must be intact) may be returned for refund with a receipt within 90 days. Cost of shipping merchandise for return will be born by the customer.

Defective Items

• If you believe the product to be unfit, please return it to the winery for review by a member of the winery team. Cost of shipping merchandise for return will be borne by the customer.
