• Fruit-forward, low in tannin, and vinified entirely in stainless steel. No oak aging whatsoever! This is a great "gateway" red for white wine drinkers, while red wine fans will appreciate its deep colour, and notes of black currant, dark cherry and blackberry on the nose and palate. Fabulous with bold, rustic flavours -- smash burgers with caramelized onions, bbq ribs or brisket, pasta with tomato and fennel. 

Two Bottles of 2021 Fancy Farm Girl Flamboyant Red

• Our favourite "everyday red". Medium-bodied Cab Franc with suggestions of vanilla and baking spices (nutmeg and maybe clove) on the nose along with some black currant. The palate begins with notes of cherry and plum, with the acidity and tannin then providing a dark chocolate structure that leads to a long finish. An easy drinking, well-rounded wine. 

One Bottle of 2020 Gritstone Cabernet NEW RELEASE!

• Tall, dark and handsome -- meet the new Gritstone Cabernet. Vinified from 100% estate grown Cabernet Franc. Cedar, black currant, and cherry are the main contributors to the nose on this rich, red wine. On the palate, the bright fruit notes blend with warm suggestions fo vanilla and cassis and grippy tannins, all coming together to produce a complex, medium-bodied red with great ageability. 

One Bottle of 2018 Chestnut Tree Cabernet Franc 

• 100% estate grown Cabernet Franc (10+ year old vines), aged 22 months in French and American oak. "Subtle cedar on the nose with easy, fruit and herbaceous notes. Well balanced with sweet spice coming through on the finish." ~ (2020 International Wine & Spirits Competition). This wine will sing with dark chocolate, game meats and/or strong cheeses.
